9/28/2008 10:55:47 PM 5 2 Yes For years Charles Schwab has always provided great customer service. If the rep doesn't know the answer they transfer you to someone who does. If no one is available at 3am with the answer to you question, they offer to have someone call you back later that day, and THEY CALL YOU BACK!!! Amazing.
