4/24/2009 8:55:40 AM 1 1 Yes I called wanting to get an answer to a question that was not on their "Help Center" online. The woman who picked up said she'd transfer me to operations. Translation - she put me into an extention that said, "we do not provide phone support, see our online help". Thanks for nothing FB
