After listening to the same music & recorder telling me I'd be connected to the next available agent in approximately "4" minutes, actually took 40 minutes then I was transferred to an advise nurse and was on hold for 30 more minutes and told that I had an urgent illness and needed to come in for an appointment 5 hours later! But they wouldn't authorize me to come to the ER! |

System is an endless maze of automated services. After hanging up and trying different paths multiple times, I eventually got to an agent who was not knowledgeable and did not solve my payment issue.
Very poor. |

Takes 15 mins to get to operator, and 30 mins lead time to speak with a RN for advice. Pitiful service. |
