10/20/2009 10:38:16 AM 2 5 Yes Terrible service. They stick to an obvious script and just say the same things over and over. Wait music is terribly annoying and loud. Put on hold for long periods. Agents absolutely will not let you speak to a supervisor. My problem? They sent the wrong phone--a very cheap one but charged for the more expensive model. I'm back to square one. Will probably change service (I'm still on hold). When I first signed up with Virgin, service was great--and obviously American.
10/20/2009 10:20:42 AM 2 4 Yes Called off and on for 5 months regarding phone not connecting to internet. Did everything agents (and tech people) said to do, it still didn't work. When they finally sent a replacement phone, it was the wrong one--cheapest in the line. Now I have to start calling again to get THAT problem fixed....
8/24/2008 3:33:38 AM 1 10 No Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life! Calls are routed to Nicaragua or the Phillipines and they are extremely rude. My calls have been dropped, they won't answer the simplest question without placing you on hold for five minutes first. Awful! And that automated answering system "Simone" is so annoying. And they need to work on the selections offered.

6/24/2008 10:36:19 AM 5 2 Yes set up new phone, and FINALLY able to disable text messaging on both phones. "Live Advsior" Great (But the loud ghetto music and Simone have to go)!
6/23/2008 10:19:27 AM 2 5 Yes Horrible, LOUD music. I had to mumble and say live Advisor 20 times, all for a 30 second question.

4/6/2008 5:06:01 PM 3 6   Rather annoying recording to direct calls. "Live advisor" repeatedly does work. Subject to overload and heavily-accented Asian sounding representative during off-hours.
