9/12/2009 3:59:17 PM 2 0 No All Pakistani staff. Called 4 times over a two day period concerning a wrong charge on my credit card at the Radisson Manchester UK. Ended up writing to the CEO who finally sorted the problem out. Shouldn't have had to. Employ people who speak English and DO NOT route calls to the Near East.
