_Barely_ understandable, strong accent.
I called to tell them someone was using a fraudulent address - mine - for an account & name I know nothing about. They grilled _me_ instead of contacting their customer!

MCI double-debited my bank account, does not show credit online, did not apply to subsequent bills. Agent insisted I must have sent in two checks, and couldn't explain anything. Poorly trained, ridiculous process!

Was on hold for +40 min, hung up, redialed and onhold another +20 min. Email CS is a joke - didn't respond to my question just canned response - CS says online offer has expired although it's still online as I type
