11/24/2008 3:02:16 PM 2 1 Yes _Barely_ understandable, strong accent. I called to tell them someone was using a fraudulent address - mine - for an account & name I know nothing about. They grilled _me_ instead of contacting their customer!
6/23/2008 1:30:52 PM 2 500 No MCI double-debited my bank account, does not show credit online, did not apply to subsequent bills. Agent insisted I must have sent in two checks, and couldn't explain anything. Poorly trained, ridiculous process!

3/25/2008 9:15:09 AM 1 60   Was on hold for +40 min, hung up, redialed and onhold another +20 min. Email CS is a joke - didn't respond to my question just canned response - CS says online offer has expired although it's still online as I type
