No problem getting a human, however, the contacts speak with a Spanish accent and have very poor communication skills. My delivery problem is a continuing nightmare--I won't bore you with the details.

Agent was generally understandable, but she had an accent that caused me to to frequently ask her to repeat what was said.

The number listed in your directory - 800-732-7747 - was given to me on Friday, April 11, 2008 by a salesman at Sears, Arnot Mall, Big Flats, Chemung County, New York. When I called at about 6:15 PM this evening (Monday, April 14, 2008 it was answered by a tape recorded message stating, "This number is no longer in service."
