put me on hold, then cut me off. Called back asked for supervisor, was put on hold for 11 minutes then asked for my tel# so someone could call me back. No one ever called back. |

As a result of pitifully poor customer service, rerouting of calls to be placed on hold and/or disconnected, calls not returned and no response from upper management from numerous emails sent, I will no longer shop at Best Buy and encourage others to do the same. As a united front, we can shut them down unless they improve their service. |

I continually have been receiving phone calls re myrewardzone of which we are not members. When I asked to have my name and phone number removed from their call list as I am on the Do Not Call List, I was sent to the Customer Relations department and David didn't seem able to remove us from the list. He gave me short shrift and hung up. |

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Person didn't speak English. I had to repeat my self so many times cause they couldn't under stand me and I asked to speak to a manager and she said no mangers are on this time. How in the hell can a 24/7 company not have a supervisor on at all times?.
Just to make it clear to anyone who reads this BEST BUT HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I REALLY HOPE AND PRAY TO GOD THEY FALL UNDER LIKE CIRCUIT CITY DID I HATE THIS COMPANY COMPLELTY! |

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Person didn't speak English, didn't want to connect me to a supervisor, and did nothing to resolve the problem. Everything was against "policy". Refused to call me back and refused to give me a number where I could call back directly without all the press whatever junk. I'll NEVER deal with them again!!!!!!!!!!! And I know you're not supposed to say "never" but believe me, I will NEVER deal with them again. There is nothing in this world that I need bad enough to ever return to Best Buy ever!!! |

The store manager shouted at us when we explained that we wanted the product exchanged within the return period. Best Buy needs to be ignored by all of us - they need to learn a lesson. Go to Circuit City instead, or any other electronics store. Even Wal Mart has better customer service. |

I have made numerous calls to get a tv repaired/ replaced under extended warranty, every agent has a different story and nobody ever follows up as promised. Their warranty is not worth the paper its printed on and their service people are second rate at best.This problem has been ongoing for 2 1/2 months. |

Ridiculous time on hold! Three transfers. Disconnected. Tried again. Eighteen minutes on hold. Finally got a human who couldn't/wouldn't help. Won't be shopping at Best Buy ever! |

extreme hold times, service reps love transferring you repeatedly and putting you on ever lasting holds. I suggest refusing to be put on hold as soon as you get someone who may look like they can help |

People you talk to are very nice and have learned their job well. They gave me an appointment w/4hr window for the svc. man to give 2hr window. 6.5hrs ltr no call. liars!!! |
