Don't ever give them permission to withdraw payment from your credit card.Instead of giving me promised discount, they withdrew $20 more than my bill 2 months before it was due. When I called to complain did not get much sympathy. I'm no longer a customer. I'd rather change my own tires than deal with these people. |

When I wouldn't verbally respond to the prompts, they asked if I wanted to speak to a rep; the reps kept transferring me to different people! |

I never did reach a person. The phone rang and rang with no answer. Other numbers did not allow talking to a person either; it was just choose an item from their menu. I will write a letter! |

Got through immediately.
Customer service admitted that they had been having web site problems. She gave me a phone for AARP travel. Now that took 3-5 minutes. |

E-mail service is awful. Phone service was also awful (got disconnected several times) until I reached someone who managed to solve my problem. |
