You can also press 238 at the start of the automated messages. That will get you to a customer service rep.

The * system does not work. At the initial prompt, hit "0#". It will tell you you entered an incorrect entry. Hit "00#". You will be connected to an agent.

the first time I pressed "5" (I'm pretty sure I did), I got the dreaded "wrong entry" message - but the second time, it worked fine ...
