Menu did not offer the option to talk to a human. I just kept pressing 0# until transfered to a person. |

customer service representatives not familiar with all plans and thus give wrong information on what is covered by dental insurance and what is not. Very costly to enrollee when dentist wants payment up front. |

imposible to deal with phone or email. No direct help, they dont answer your question but direct you again to another recording or website that will not help answer questions - skymiles. |
