5/24/2008 7:17:22 PM 4 1 Yes very good menu, got me quickly to a person. And she worked to help with my problem. Is replacing $800+ printer because of minor problem. Best computer related company I've ever dealt with.
4/11/2008 2:52:36 PM 5 1   Kindly listened to my tale of woe about a new "authentic" EPSON cartridge my printer refused to recognize. She immediately agreed to send a replacement. I don't know if an "English is my first language" person is available 24/7 but she sure was tonight at 6 pm Eastern

3/14/2008 9:58:02 AM 3 2   Tech rep was not English but I could understand. He didn't seem real knowledgeable regarding my question.
