7/1/2009 1:41:17 PM 2 1 Yes Rep was BARELY understandable; could not help. Asked for supervisor; waited for 10+ min. When supervisor answered ("John" in Mexicali), all he could do was send message to someone else. Supposed to get another call back.... No help thus far.

9/25/2008 1:48:21 PM 1 60 Yes I PAID EXTRA FOR THE MONEY IN MINUTES OPTION. SENT THE WIRE AT ABOUT 11:15AM AND AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS, I FINALLY GOT A HUMAN AND AFTER 2 PHONE TRANSFERS THE MONEY FINALLY MADE IT AT 2:45PM. MONEY IN MINUTES, MY AUNT FANNIE!!!!

4/7/2008 10:37:46 PM 1 10   Western Union is outsourcing its call centers to the Philippines and Mexico. Get ready for more fun dealing with non-English speaking reps!
