Never did get any free credit reports. Very confusing and not helpful. All I want is a free credit report.

Called the wrong company--I need ANNUAL CREDIT REPORT, not FREE CREDIT REPORT. Agent was polite and helpful anyway!

Took more than 10 minutes for phone to be answered. Perhaps they aren't open on Saturdays, 2:30 pm EST.

I got to a human directly and had no trouble canceling the service. They were very nice on the phone, the guy i talked to sounded tired like he had been doing this all day, but he was very polite
