1/8/2009 6:55:08 PM 2 30 Yes I can't believe this system is rated higher than 2 by anyone. Every time that I see those commercials about how they put their customers first it makes me gag. I had to use the phone system to set up my retirement. That is the only way they allow, but none of the options given are for retirement benefits. My online password would not work, so I had to change that. After multiple tries , I finally got a lady from a completely different area and she helped me make 1st contact. Everytime you call to ask a question, you go through a slightly abbreviated version to leave a message for a call back the next day - maybe. That often turns into phone tag.
10/8/2008 8:35:49 AM 2 4 Yes Agents constantly try to sell you other services. It's terrible to spend 10 minutes on the phone just for a change of address. They won't let you submit a letter in writing or on the website. You have to call and talk to an idiot.
8/19/2008 5:05:32 PM 5 0 Yes Got agent right away, didn't have answer for complex question, transfered me to another agent. The second agent was told question before I was connected so I but I didn't have to repeat question. Great Service.

4/29/2008 1:02:31 PM 2 22 Yes It has taken almost a year (so far) to recover monies due a beneficiary. When a trust named does not exist they have so far refused to pay out the monies to an alternate beneficiary
